Chaine Induction Dinner 2023
It is with great pleasure that we would like to invite you to our induction dinner of May 13th 2023 which will be held in the Trudeau room at the Hamilton Princess Fairmont Hotel. This very special black tie event is under the theme of “A State Affair” or what do Presidents of United States and Prime Ministers of Canada eat when they meet.
We asked Executive Chef Adam Ashe to create such a meal. He was inspired by past dinners that the heads of both countries attended. Chef is using produce from Canada and the US. The wines, which will be selected during a very special wine tasting of the Ordre Mondial on April 28th, will also be from those 2 countries.
Please note: The evening will have a different format than our usual induction dinners. The evening will start at 6:30 PM with a cocktail reception on the veranda adjacent to the Trudeau Room. At 7:15 PM guests will take their seats at their designated tables and the inductees will sit at the front of the room. The induction ceremony will take place from 7:15 PM to 7:45 PM. Immediately afterwards dinner will be served. Entertainment for the night will be by Tony Bari who will play the piano during the dinner. Later he will be joined by a trio for more lively music,
The cost of the evening is $325 for members (subsidised) and $375 for guests all inclusive. Ribbons should be worn.The menu is as follows, please note that no substitutions are allowed except for allergies.
Seating can be requested but keeping mind that for this event we will have long tables instead of rounds.
