Argentinian Asado & Alpasión
You're Invited to an Argentinian Asado!
Join us for an authentic Argentinian experience as we celebrate the tradition of the asado, the heart and soul of Argentine cuisine. The asado is more than just a barbecue—it's a time-honored ritual, a gathering of friends and family around a fire to enjoy perfectly grilled meats, savory sides, and great company. The asado has become a symbol of Argentina's rich culinary heritage.
We’ll kick off the festivities with a special Gaucho cocktail, a nod to the spirit of these skilled horsemen of the pampas, who have inspired Argentine culture for generations. To complement the feast, we’ll also be pairing our dishes with exceptional Argentinian wines from Alpasión, renowned for their bold flavors and perfect harmony with the rich, smoky taste of asado.
Whether you’re a seasoned asador or simply a lover of good food, drink, and company, this is an evening you won’t want to miss!

Chaîne Christmas at Cambridge Beaches
The Chaîne des Rôtisseurs invites you to an evening of culinary storytelling with Executive Chef James Wambui of Cambridge Beaches. His menu is a tribute to the rich culinary heritage of Africa, curated especially for our Bermuda Chapter. These dishes reflect his love for Africa, even as he has made Bermuda a home away from home. An African Christmas is about family, shared hands making meals that brighten and lengthen days. It taps into a beautiful ancestry, channeling the spirit of connection with forebears - a celebration of Ubuntu (“I am because we are”) and Ukarimu (“hospitality”). The flavours and aromas will transport you to distant lands, where the warmth of African hospitality awaits.

Battle of the Bermuda Wine Merchants is On!
We are thrilled to invite you to the grand "Battle of the Wine Merchants" on Saturday, March 1 at Bolero Brasserie. This spectacular evening promises a friendly competition between our island's finest wine merchants: Discovery/Burrows vs. Pitt&Co/Tasting Room vs. Waterfront Wines.
The Evening's Program: Chef Jonny has crafted an innovative menu (attached) that masterfully challenges our wine merchants with unexpected ingredients and bold flavor combinations. His culinary artistry is the foundation of this beloved event, pushing our merchants to showcase their finest selections and pairing expertise.
Last year's champion Ryliegh McGhee (now representing Tasting Room) will be returning to defend her crystal decanter trophy against two worthy challengers. You'll be the judge - tasting and voting for the perfect wine pairing with each course.
