DESCRIPTION:It is with great pleasure that we would like to invite you to o
 ur induction dinner of May 13th 2023 which will be held in the Trudeau roo
 m at the Hamilton Princess Fairmont Hotel. This very special black tie eve
 nt is under the theme of “A State Affair” or what do Presidents of Uni
 ted States and  Prime Ministers of Canada eat when they meet.
 We asked 
 Executive Chef Adam Ashe to create such a meal. He was inspired by past di
 nners that the heads of both countries attended.  Chef is using produce f
 rom Canada and the US. The wines\, which will be selected during a very sp
 ecial wine tasting of the Ordre Mondial on April 28th\, will also be from 
 those 2 countries.
 Please note: The evening will have a different format
  than our usual induction dinners. The evening will start at 6:30 PM with 
 a cocktail reception on the veranda adjacent to the Trudeau Room. At 7:15 
 PM guests will take their seats at their designated tables and the inducte
 es will sit at the front of the room. The induction ceremony will take pla
 ce from 7:15 PM to 7:45 PM. Immediately afterwards dinner will be served. 
 Entertainment for the night will be by Tony Bari who will play the piano d
 uring the dinner. Later he will be joined by a trio for more lively music\
 ,
 The cost of the evening is $325 for members (subsidised) and $375 for 
 guests all inclusive. Ribbons should be worn.The menu is as follows\, plea
 se note that no substitutions are allowed except for allergies.
