The Chaîne des Rôtisseurs invites you to an evening of culinary storytelling with Executive Chef James Wambui of Cambridge Beaches. His menu is a tribute to the rich culinary heritage of Africa, curated especially for our Bermuda Chapter. These dishes reflect his love for Africa, even as he has made Bermuda a home away from home. An African Christmas is about family, shared hands making meals that brighten and lengthen days. It taps into a beautiful ancestry, channeling the spirit of connection with forebears - a celebration of Ubuntu (“I am because we are”) and Ukarimu (“hospitality”).
