Dear members,
I attach the menu for my first event as your new Bailli Régional. Dirk Beck from the Loren has put together a fabulous menu and idea for us as a summer event.
The theme for the evening is different that most of our events, in that we will be having courses done one at a time using different food stations. Each station will open one at a time in sequence, with the chef providing you with an overview of the food choices. As the event will be held outside on the Terrace of the Loren overlooking the lovely waters of the South Shore, there will be a variety of sitting options so the dress code will be Tropical casual with ribbons to be worn. In case of inclement weather for the evening, we will have the event inside the main building.

Our Echansons are putting together some great choices of wines to go with the courses. The Loren has added a special cocktail for the Taco Station using their specially created Loren Patron Tequila which will give you the chance to try this amazing tequila as an option to go with the station.
I look forward to seeing everyone at this event as we welcome in the summer season!
The event is on Friday, July 19th and the evening will start at 7 PM.
