Induction Wine Selection

This very special wine pairing will be held at the Fairmont Princess Hotel in the Juneland room from 5:30 to 7:00 PM. We can accept 15 guests only, Ordre Mondial members will have first choice, then if we still have room it will be accept Chaîne members.
On April 28th, Chef Ashe will prepare smaller plates of the same dishes that will be served at the induction dinner. Each wine merchant will have been given the menu and they will have submitted wines to pair every dish. Our Echanson will have pre-selected at least 2 wines per dish.
At the event, you will taste the dishes and the wines and let us know which wine you think pairs each of the dishes best. Later our Echanson will compiled the results and taking your choices into consideration, will make the final decision. Our Echanson will also ask some of you to present the wines on May 13th at the induction dinner.
This is a very different and interesting tasting that I am sure you will enjoy thoroughly. This is an opportunity for you to be part of the decision making for our Induction dinner!

Cost: $125 pp for Ordre Mondial members (subsidised) and $150 for Chaîne members
Maximum of 15 guests with Ordre Mondial members first then if we if we still have room we will accept Chaîne members,
