La Chaîne des Rôtisseurs hosts its first-ever brunch: a Japanese-inspired Brunch Amical at Palomino, with Chef Gerry Adams and his brigade cooking for us. Here's what's coming out of the kitchen:

ON ARRIVAL
Welcome cocktail with Takoyaki: octopus fritters, miso and bonito flakes

TO START: SUSHI
Ikura gunkan · Hokkaido scallop and anchovy temari · Carabinero nigiri

FISH
Flounder with sweet soy, soba noodles, razor clams and sea vegetables

GAME
Duck, eggplant and miso, with sweetcorn and teriyaki bordelaise

BEEF
Shio koji–cured striploin, potato crunch, king oyster mushroom, wasabi caviar hollandaise and Japanese chimichurri

CITRUS
Yuzu tart, pickled pears and sansho peppercorn ice cream

A relaxed Saturday afternoon, a serious menu, and a first for our chapter. Bring a friend and be part of it. Palomino is an intimate room, so please register early.
