Young Chaine Wine Tasting

“The Young Chaine committee is pleased to invite registration to our upcoming event, Thursday November 21^st. 

 

We have partnered with Miles Market and Goslings to host an educational tasting focusing on the effects of age on wine and cheese. We will be lead through a vertical tasting of three vintages (2005, 2010, 2015) of Château D’issan, a third growth wine from Margaux, Bordeaux. Paired with this outstanding wine will be three age varieties of Manchego cheese (Fresco, semicurado and curado).

 

Price: $50

Time: 6pm

Location: Waterfront Residence. Map attached shows parking location and tasting location.

 

Following the tasting, Harry’s restaurant will be offering a special prix fixe menu for all Chaîne members and guests, see menu attached. Reservations for dinner to be made with Harry’s directly, please reference La Chaîne Des Rôtisseurs when booking.”
