Chinese New Year
The Chaine des Rotisseur Bailliage des Bermudes and Chef Dany present a traditional, family-style, Chinese feast to celebrate the year of the dog. And of course, a curated wine pairing that will surely delight.
- Chef Dany will be smashing the beggar's chicken on each of the tables with a hammer (going to be quite a show!)
