 , and Pitt &amp\; Co - showcase their pairing prowess.
 Each course will 
 be expertly matched with a selection of wines from these esteemed merchant
 s. As connoisseurs\, we will each cast our votes for the wine that best co
 mplements each course. The winning wine merchant will claim the illustriou
 s crystal decanter trophy. Last year\, Discovery/Burrows emerged victoriou
