This month we are pleased to feature Chef Justin Leboe from Waterloo House. Justin is a superb chef whose impact was felt as soon as he arrived on the island. He won the 2006 Bermuda Gold Award as the Best Chef in Bermuda. You are sure to enjoy the two recipes that Justin has offered for this article. The shortbread biscuits make an excellent appetizer with a glass of champagne or your favourite cocktail. The cappucino is simply brilliant with a glass of Sauvignon Blanc. |
